1. Overview

At Priyanshu Sahu, we are committed to delivering high-quality AI automation systems, software, and digital products. We understand that circumstances can change, and this policy outlines clearly when refunds and cancellations are applicable for each type of service or product we offer.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website priyansh.space or through direct agreements facilitated via email or other communication channels.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include pre-built automation scripts, AI tools, templates, source code packages, and any downloadable or electronically delivered product.

No Refund Policy After Delivery: Due to the nature of digital goods, once a digital product has been delivered (via download link, email attachment, or repository access), refunds are not available. This is because digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed.

Exceptions: A full refund will be issued if:

  • The product was not delivered within the stated timeframe due to our error
  • The delivered product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase
  • The product contains critical technical defects that render it completely non-functional and we are unable to resolve them within 7 business days of the reported issue

To be eligible for an exception refund on digital products, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product at sahupriyanshu67@gmail.com.

3. Custom Development Services

Custom development services include AI automation pipelines, full-stack web applications, AI agent integrations, and any bespoke software built to client specifications.

Before Project Start — 100% Refund

If you cancel the project before any work has commenced (typically within 3 business days of the advance payment), you are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid, minus payment gateway processing fees (if applicable).

During Development — Proportional Refund

If the project is cancelled after work has commenced, a refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work remaining. You will receive a detailed breakdown of completed work before the refund amount is finalized. The minimum deduction is 30% of the project value to cover initial planning and setup effort.

After Project Delivery — No Refund

Once the final deliverable has been handed over and accepted (or deemed accepted after 7 days without written objection), no refund is applicable. Post-delivery bugs or revisions are covered under the agreed warranty period (typically 14 days unless otherwise specified in the project agreement).

4. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions (AI strategy, architecture review, technical advisory) are billed for the agreed time. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before: Full refund or free reschedule
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before: 50% refund
  • No-show without notice: No refund

5. Cancellation Policy

To cancel an ongoing service engagement or a scheduled session, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to sahupriyanshu67@gmail.com with the subject line CANCELLATION REQUEST — [Your Name].

Cancellations will be acknowledged within 2 business days. The applicable refund (if any) will then be calculated and communicated to you before processing.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

Provide your full name, the service or product purchased, the payment date, the transaction ID or receipt, and the reason for the refund request.

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with our decision and, if approved, the refund amount.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method used.

7. Processing Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days of approval
  • The amount is credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary — UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster than card refunds
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated

8. Exceptions & Disputes

We are committed to resolving any disputes fairly. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter by emailing us with the subject line DISPUTE — [Your Name]. We will review all escalated disputes within 5 business days and attempt to reach an amicable resolution.

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases regardless of the service type:

  • Change of mind after delivery or project completion
  • Delays caused by the client (late feedback, access not provided, scope changes)
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs that meet the agreed technical specifications
  • Purchases made under promotional or discounted pricing, unless the product is defective
